financial oversight: manage branch budgets, monitor financial performance, and implement cost-control measures to ensure profitability.
team development: lead, motivate, and develop branch staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
compliance & risk management: ensure all branch activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements, and manage risks effectively.
customer relationship management: build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
qualifications
education: bachelor’s degree / post graduation is preferred.
experience: 4–6 years in sales or management, with a proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing teams.
