Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement branch strategies to achieve sales targets, enhance market share, and improve customer satisfaction.
Bancassurance Development: Recruit, train, and manage a network of agents, ensuring they are equipped to meet sales objectives and adhere to company standards.
Operational Management: Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance with regulations, and adherence to company policies.
Financial Oversight: Manage branch budgets, monitor financial performance, and implement cost-control measures to ensure profitability.
Team Development: Lead, motivate, and develop branch staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure all branch activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements, and manage risks effectively.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree / Post Graduation is preferred.
Experience: 4–6 years in sales or management, with a proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing teams.
