Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets.

Monitor progress and ensure that projects are on track to meet deadlines and budget constraints.

Implement project management best practices to optimize efficiency.

Team Leadership:

Recruit, train, and manage project managers, engineers, and other staff within the cluster.

Foster a positive and productive work environment.

Provide guidance, mentoring, and support to the project teams.

Ensure that the teams adhere to safety regulations and quality standards.

Budgeting and Financial Management:

Prepare and manage budgets for each project in the cluster.

Monitor project expenses and ensure cost control.

Collaborate with finance teams to analyze financial performance and make necessary adjustments.

Client Relations:

Act as the main point of contact for clients in the cluster.

Ensure that client expectations are met or exceeded.

Address client concerns and maintain strong client relationships.

Risk Management:

Identify potential risks and challenges in construction projects.

Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.

Ensure that safety protocols and regulations are followed to minimize accidents and incidents.

Quality Assurance and Compliance:

Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.

Implement quality control measures to maintain high construction standards.

Conduct regular inspections and audits.

Procurement and Supply Chain Management:

Coordinate procurement activities for construction materials and equipment.

Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to secure favorable terms.

Manage the supply chain to ensure timely delivery of materials to project sites.

Reporting and Documentation:

Maintain accurate project records and documentation.

Prepare regular progress reports for senior management and stakeholders.
