key responsibilities:- i) strong verbal and written communication skills ii) proficiency in ms word and ms excel is mandatory
iii) ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize tasks under tight deadlines
iv) manage the full project lifecycle—from enquiry to delivery and payment collection
v) meet assigned sales targets within given timelines
vi) coordinate with internal teams including factory, design/engineering, and installation
vi) act as the first point of contact for customer complaints and escalate when required
vii) respond to client enquiries and support customer retention efforts
viii) handle first-level issues related to logistics, transport, or signage unloading
ix) monitor installation and complaint data using internal tracker sheets, and follow up with all relevant teams to ensure timely completion and closure of pending issues.
