• identify and Pursue Cross-selling and Upselling Opportunities Across Financial Products
• maintain, Update, and Manage Client Databases with Accurate Interaction Records and Lead Status
• record Client Feedback, Follow-ups, and Conversion Details in the System
• prepare and Maintain Mis Reports, Calling Reports, Follow-up Reports, and Conversion Tracking
• maintain Accurate Employee Records and Regularly Update the Hr Database
technical Skills: Ms Office, English Fluency
soft Skills: Communication Skills, Communication & Presentation Skills, Coordination & Negotiation Skills
educational Qualification: Any Graduate or 12 Pass with English Fluency
experience: 0-2 Years • Prior Experience in Tele-calling, Customer Service, Financial Services, or Relationship Management Preferred
