Role Summary
The Client Servicing Asst Manager will support the CS Manager in handling corporate client accounts - from brief collection and proposal preparation to on-ground execution and post-event reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Client Communication
Understand client briefs and convert them into clear internal requirements
Maintain proactive and professional communication with clients at all times
Support proposal writing, budgeting, and presentation creation
Internal Coordination
Work with production, creative, logistics, and operations teams
Ensure timelines, deliverables, and quality standards are met across all projects
Track project progress and share regular updates with clients and internal teams
On-Ground Support
Support the CS Manager during event setup and execution
Ensure all deliverables match client expectations on event day
Resolve minor on-ground issues and escalate larger challenges
Documentation
Maintain project files, approval sheets, and post-event reports
Update MIS trackers and ensure all records are accurate and current
Weekly Review Meeting
Participate in weekly reviews to present project updates and closure status
