Desired Candidate Profile:

Ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously with an emphasis on solution derived customer service. The ideal candidate should be from an advertising agency background with a minimum experience 1-2 Yrs.

Responsibilities:

- Industry research capabilities, to understand Clients business environment.

- A good eye for details.

- Dynamic, self-motivated team player with a positive attitude to work, Patience, high Client orientation, and business common sense.

- Presenting of credentials and leveraging the same with Client.

- Generation of estimates and obtaining budgetary approvals from Clients.

- Close interaction with design, planning, project management and execution teams to review delivery of services.

- Documentation and maintenance of Client archive and interaction history.

- Ability to translate client briefs into specific actionable items

- Follow up with internal teams for job delivery as per time lines committed.

- Ensure all financials in terms of job estimation, billing and collection happens on time.

- Capability in building Strategies

- Deal with client requests and troubleshoot problems
