existing client relationship management :

- manage existing clients, addressing service-related, operational, or sales-related requests.

- generate new business from existing clients for various financial services.

- conduct financial technical analysis for options like mutual funds, loans, insurance, estate planning, taxation planning, etc.

new client acquisition :

- generate leads and convert them through channels such as cold calls, conducting financial awareness programs, and referential calling.
