CRM Admin (Client Relationship Management)- ONLY FOR FEMALE

As a Business Development Associate, You are expected to:

Monitor relationships with existing /future clients through CRM systems.

Ensure the CRM system provides an effective sales funnel.

Develop and implement marketing techniques that will drive new clients either via cold email, cold call & text or social engagement.

Plan and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns & social media.

Suggest new methods to address client needs.

Track marketing metrics & trends, like conversion rates and web analytics, social analytics.

Assist with organizing promotional events & appointments to reach prospective customers.

Reviews & analysis of CRM systems & Automation.

To be successful in the Business Development Associate role you are required to have:

Hands-on experience as a CRM admin or similar role.

Solid background in clients acquisition strategies.

Technical expertise with CRM systems, analytical systems, social media

Knowledge of online marketing methods and best practices.

Strong communication skills (English & Hindi) verbal/written along with a client-oriented attitude.

Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.

Fast learners and self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
