Job Description

client relationship executive - 6 months in india & 6 months dubai post success.

• business expansion

• excellent english written and verbal communication.( spanish, french & arabic a bonus)

• highly professional email and telephone skills.( communication on whatsapp, slack & other business platforms a must)

• meeting regularly with the respective customers via teams/ zoom. ( africa, spain, oman, uae, saudi arabia & more). extremely well presented.

• generating enquiries and updating of enquiry / quotation enquiry at regular intervals.

• keeping up regular contact with clients and look for opportunities to delivering added value to client relationships

• handle customer complaints and requests in a timely manner.

• prearranges customer visits, units handing over in terms of documentations with liaise with handover

• follows-up on customer requests for technology solutions.

• follows up on contracts, filing and insures that customers received their contracts

• follows-up with customers on payment of instalments and late payment reminders upon request from finance department.

the key to this role, is customer experience. knowledge of technology as we are a tech company growing rapidly. selected candidate will be moved to dubai in 6 months.
