Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients through effective mail communication
* Handle client queries, concerns, and follow-ups in a timely and professional manner
* Maintain accurate client records, reports, and documentation
* Prepare emails, reports using MS Office tools
Required Skills:
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Strong typing skills with accuracy and speed
