Location:

Porur Chennai

Walk-in Interviews: Monday to Friday, from 8:30 PM onwards

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound patient calls regarding appointments, cancellations, and general queries

Verify insurance details and assist with prior authorization processes

Ensure strict adherence to HIPAA guidelines and maintain patient confidentiality

Provide clear instructions for medical procedures and confirm scheduled appointments

Accurately document call details and update patient records in the billing system

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies and support claim processing

Shift Timings:

Night Shift: 8:30 PM to 5:30 AM (Saturday Sunday Off!)

Candidate Requirements:

Excellent verbal communication in English with neutral accent (no mother tongue influence)

Willingness to work night shifts consistently

Basic computer literacy and ability to learn billing software

Prior experience in medical billing or voice process is a plus, but not mandatory

Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first attitude
