The Civil Site Incharge will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects at the Hyderabad site. This includes planning, coordinating, and monitoring progress to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. They will also be responsible for managing a team of site workers and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Supervising construction activities: The Civil Site Incharge will be responsible for managing all on-site construction activities, including coordinating with contractors, monitoring progress, and ensuring quality standards are met.

2. Managing site workers: They will oversee a team of site workers, ensuring they are properly trained, supervised, and motivated to perform at their best.

3. Ensuring compliance: The Incharge will ensure all work is carried out in compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards.

4. Budget management: They will be responsible for monitoring project budgets, making adjustments as needed to ensure projects stay within financial constraints.

5. Reporting and documentation: The Incharge will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of project progress, completing reports, and communicating updates to stakeholders.

Required skills and expectations:

- A minimum of 2-8 years of experience in a similar role.

- A graduate degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

- Strong leadership and communication skills.

- Knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and standards.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
