We are looking for a skilled Civil Site Engineer with 10 to 12 years of experience to oversee construction projects in Baghmara. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and be ready to work full-time in an office environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Project Management:** Manage and oversee construction activities, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with specifications.

- **Site Supervision:** Regularly inspect the construction site to ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and best practices.

- **Collaboration:** Work closely with architects, subcontractors, and other engineers to coordinate tasks and resolve any issues that arise on-site.

- **Cost Estimation:** Assist in budget preparation and monitor project expenses to ensure that they stay within financial limits.
