Civil Site Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities:

Technical supervision of all ongoing civil miscellaneous works.

Site Activity tracking and control.

Coordination & communication with all concern departments . Billing, Estimation, Contract, Site Store, Contractors etc.

Preparation of daily, weekly, monthly work reports with material consumption.

Handling Finishing activity . Plumbing / Electrical / Carpentry / Tiling etc

Preparing all site work checklist / keeping records of all material testing etc

Workout the requirement of materials required for construction.

Planning & Execution of Site work as per Design & Drawing.

Strategic & Operational Decision Making.

Maintaining quality work at site.

Final handover flats to Maintenance department / client.

Ensuring the health, safety, security & environment on project site.

Contracts finalization, Preparing Comparative statement.

Ensuring smooth execution of Erection and Commissioning Activities at Site.

Ensure timely Purchase order and delivery schedule.

Complete all necessary reports to be submitted to Project Head.
