Civil Foreman (Male)

We are looking for a Civil Foreman to join our team in Jaipur Road. The ideal candidate should have 5 to 11 years of experience in civil construction and must have completed at least 12th grade education. This position is full-time and requires the candidate to work from the office.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Supervise Construction Activities**: Oversee daily construction work to ensure it aligns with project specifications and timelines.

- **Manage Workforces**: Organize and direct a team of workers, ensuring tasks are performed correctly and efficiently.

- **Enforce Safety Standards**: Ensure all safety protocols are being followed on-site to minimize risks and hazards for workers.

- **Coordinate with Stakeholders**: Liaise with engineers, architects, and clients to ensure project requirements are met and address any issues promptly.

- **Maintain Quality Control**: Regularly inspect materials and workmanship to ensure high-quality standards throughout the project.

- **Report Progress**: Document and report progress on-site to senior management, highlighting any challenges or delays encountered.
