responsibilities

• plan the work front and give clear instructions to the civil team and ensure timelines and deadlines are met

• to control and monitor the preventive maintenance carried out as per schedule.

• to take care of the civil maintenance as well as finishing work, both internal and external to the buildings

• preparation of bom for civil work..

• drive the team to achieve superior quality, minimize wastage and timely delivery

• coordinate with various consultants such as architects, structure consultants, other consultants to understand the drawings and guide the team accordingly

• prepare estimate of entire quantities for finalizing schedule of payment

working conditions

• daily reporting: reporting to the management regarding of eng module dpr reports and reporting of material module at weekly basis likewise stock summery, issue reports & grn register.

• working condition : monday to saturday, weekends off
