1. design and planning:-- create concept designs, sketches, and models for buildings, interiors, and other structures.
- develop and maintain project designs, ensuring compliance with regulations and client requirements.
2. project management:- oversee project progress, coordinating with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders.
- ensure projects meet deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.
3. client communication:- collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget constraints.
- present design concepts, plans, and progress updates to clients.
4. technical expertise:- stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
- apply technical knowledge to ensure designs meet building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
5. team collaboration:- work with cross-functional teams, including engineers, contractors, and interior designers.
- provide guidance and support to junior architects and design staff.
