Architect (Female) - Sector 56, Gurgaon - MCPS

Conceptualize and design residential and commercial projects in line with company goals

Prepare detailed architectural drawings, layouts, and working plans using AutoCAD, Revit, or similar software

Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors throughout all project phases

Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards

Manage site inspections and provide on-site architectural guidance

Collaborate with the in-house engineering, marketing, and sales teams for project alignment

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from a recognized institution

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in real estate or architectural firms

Proficient in design tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, etc.

Strong knowledge of building codes and construction methodologies

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Ability to handle multiple projects independently and meet deadlines
