Job Description - Territory Sales Manager
Develop, plan, implement and manage all sales activities like hunting & farming modes to ensure revenue & meet sales objectives for the Zone/Territory in line with Clients.
Drive Gross & Net additions, Quality sales metrics, Base management & compliance to regulatory norms in terms of customer acquisitions
Manage the portfolio of high rental Plans and other products like Mobility Solutions etc.
Review Business timely & take necessary actions to drive business as per client requirements
Provide regular assessment, training & innovate ideas to upgrade sales competence in the zone and mentor the Sales team
Maintain well and good rapports with internal and external clients
Ensure Proper planning, tracking and reviews to ensure Revenue Earning Customers induced to the system
Coordinate with the HO teams to ensure smooth flow of operations and ensure complete P& L of the Zone/Branch
Induce efficient Sales Team with proper Hiring process and ensure better productivities from all team members.
