recruit, manage, and develop a team of agency development managers (adms).
ensure recruitment & activation of insurance advisors through adms.
drive sales targets and revenue growth for the assigned circle.
conduct training, mentoring, and performance reviews for adms and advisors.
strengthen relationships with agency partners & customers.
monitor branch/circle business performance through mis & reviews.
ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines (irdai) and company policies.
develop local market intelligence to maximize business opportunities.
