We are seeking a skilled Chinese Cook to join our kitchen team at Hotel Mohali, Punjab. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking and a strong understanding of Chinese culinary traditions. You will be responsible for preparing a variety of Chinese dishes, maintaining kitchen standards, and collaborating with the team to deliver exceptional dining experiences.

Skills and Qualifications

2-5 years of experience in Chinese cuisine or related culinary field.

Proficiency in various cooking techniques specific to Chinese cuisine.

Knowledge of Chinese ingredients, spices, and cooking methods.

Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Strong attention to detail and presentation skills.

Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Certificate in Culinary Arts or relevant qualification is preferred.
