Position : Factory Manager/Plant Head/Unit Head

Location : Kalamsar, Khambhat,Gujarat

Industry : Textile Chemical (Dyes & Intermediates)

Experience : 15+ Yrs (Min 15 yrs of exp is required in Chemical Industries)

Qualification : Diploma/BE - Chemical

Salary : Upto 12 LPA Based upon the interview

Role & responsibilities :

To lead the factory team operationally & evaluate the work process efficiencies related with Inter unit co-ordinations, Productions, QC, Dispatch, Logistic, Storage, Safety, QMS etc

Managing Labour contractors , security contractors , Payroll Workmen & Other Manpower.

Liaisoning with Govt. department(Mamlatdar office, Collector Office ,GPCB , factory Inspector, Police Inspector & other Govt department

Provide a safe environment for all company Employee to work

Provide or conduct safety & health related training

Maintain & achieve high production & safety efficiency.
