to oversee the daily functioning, compliance, maintenance, and development of three manufacturing plants. this individual will serve as a key operational bridge between the production sites and the head office — ensuring discipline, cleanliness, compliance, maintenance, and process efficiency across all units.

the role also includes coordinating local purchases, overseeing ongoing expansion work, and ensuring proper execution of preventive and breakdown maintenance activities in line with internal sops and regulatory requirements.

this is an on-ground execution and control role, requiring frequent travel and hands-on involvement across all sites.
