Planning: Collaborate with management to plan and create menus that offer a diverse range of options, catering to various dietary preferences and requirements while maintaining budgetary constraints.

Management: Efficiently manage kitchen operations, coordinating the timing of food preparation to meal serving schedules and minimize wait times for customers.

Leadership: Oversee kitchen staff and provide guidance, support, and training to maintain a cohesive and productive team. Delegate tasks effectively while maintaining a positive work environment.

ntory Management: Monitor inventory levels of kitchen supplies, ingredients, and equipment, loading and Unloading Kitchen Needs. Place orders as needed and ensure stock rotation to prevent wastage.
