responsibilities:

prepare, season, and cook dishes according to menu specifications

ensure food quality and presentation standards are maintained

collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new recipes and menu items

maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen

manage inventory and order supplies as needed

train and supervise junior kitchen staff

requirements:

proven experience as a chef or cook
