All Rounder Chef - Gorakhpur

We are looking for a skilled Commis Chef to join our kitchen team in Gorakhpur. The ideal candidate will assist in the preparation and cooking of food, ensuring high standards of quality and hygiene.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Food Preparation:** Assist in preparing ingredients, including chopping vegetables, marinating meats, and preparing sauces, to ensure timely meal service.

- **Cooking Assistance:** Support chefs in cooking and plating dishes according to the restaurant's menu, maintaining the quality and presentation of every dish.

- **Stock Management:** Help in monitoring inventory levels and ensure that all cooking supplies are stocked, reporting any shortages to the head chef.

- **Cleanliness and Hygiene:** Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen by following proper hygiene standards and cleaning utensils, equipment, and work areas after use.

- **Adhering to Recipes:** Follow recipes carefully to ensure consistency and quality in every dish served, gaining experience and learning from more senior chefs.
