Job Description

onsible for the production of all pastries, cakes, cold/hot desserts, toppings at the central kitchen.

prepare production charts of all the bakery and pastry items and monitor them from time to time.

re to exceed guest expectations in quality and service of the food products.

rvise the preparation and production of all bakery products.

re that the hygiene standards are maintained by the team in accordance with set standards. Follow Clean as you go work habits.

re HACCP procedures are followed and clear records are kept at all times.

7. Work as a team member.

8. Make frequent suggestions to your direct supervisor in order to bring the standard up and keep your interest on the job.

9. Follow the time management schedule, as provided by the Reporting Chef.

10. Prepare evaluations for subordinates in corporation with your Reporting Chef.

11. Check all provisions received from storeroom and report discrepancies imm ediately.

12. Training is ongoing. Make weekly reports to the executive chef if training was received.

13. Give full cooperation to the Corporate Pastry Supervisor.

14. Be food cost conscious, check wastage.

15. Keep your personal appearance in top shape and to company standards. Lead by example.
