Experience - min 6 months in Airline / Travel Industry ( Mandatory)

Qualification - Graduate / Undergraduate

● Communication: Excellent verbal & written communication (C1 Level required).

Typing Speed - 35 WPM+ with minimum 90% accuracy

● Comfortable working in a blended process (Chat & Voice)

● Flexible for rotational shifts

5 Days Working. Rotational shift. Both. sides Cabs.

Interview Process - Virtual Interviews.

HR Round , Ops round, Versant Test and Typing Test.

● Handle customer queries via voice and chat channels

● Assist customers with bookings, cancellations, amendments, and travel-related concerns

● Provide accurate information regarding travel policies and services

● Ensure high-quality customer experience and adherence to SLA

● Maintain documentation and follow compliance guidelines
