Exp --Minimum 7+years of relevant experience in direct taxation, preferably in the real estate industry

Chartered Accountant (Indirect Taxes and REra

Indirect Tax Compliance:

Ensure timely accurate preparation and filing of Goods and Services Tax (GST) returns, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and annual GST returns.

Monitor changes in GST laws ,rules ,and regulations assess their impact on the company's operations.

Liaise with internal stakeholders and external consultant store solveany GST-related issues or queries.

GST Audit Assessments:

Coordinate assist in GST audits conducted by tax authorities, including providing necessary documentation and explanations.

Respond to audit observations and assessments, representing the company's interests and ensuring compliance with legal requirements.

Input Tax Credit(ITC)Management:

Monitor and reconcile input tax credits claimed on purchases and expenses, ensuring compliance with GST laws and regulations.

Compliance with Other Indirect Taxes:

Manage compliance with other indirect taxes ,such as Maharashtra Value Added Tax (MVAT), Central Sales Tax (CST), and Customs Duty, as applicable.

Stay updated on changes in other in direct tax laws and regulations and ensure adherence to relevant requirements.

RERA Registration and Documentation:

Coordinate the registration of new projects under RERA, ensuring compliance with registration timelines,documentation requirements,and fee payments.

Prepare and submit all necessary documents, including project details, approvals ,financial statements, and promote information ,as per RERA guidelines.

Get the RERA Audit done from Statutory Auditor
