Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Channel Manager for our construction waterproofing business. The Channel Manager will be responsible for managing and developing the company's sales channels to achieve revenue targets, increase market share and profitability. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the construction industry, particularly in plumbing and waterproofing, and will have a proven track record of developing and managing successful distribution channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, recruit, and manage distribution partners, dealers, and super stockists across the region.

Develop and execute sales plans to meet revenue targets and increase market share.

Build and maintain relationships with key customers, including large construction companies, developers, and government organizations.

Work with the marketing team to develop and implement targeted promotional campaigns and marketing materials.

Manage product pricing, margins, and channel inventory levels to ensure profitability.

Provide regular reporting on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.

Work closely with internal teams to provide technical and product support to customers.

Negotiate and manage contracts and agreements with distribution partners, dealers, and super stockists.

Train and support sales teams of distribution partners, dealers, and super stockists.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and or Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in channel management or sales management, preferably in the construction industry.

Strong understanding of the construction industry, particularly in plumbing and waterproofing.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proven ability to build and manage successful distribution channels.

Strong negotiation and contract management skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Willingness to travel frequently within the region.
