Job Profile – Channel Sales Manager
Role and Responsibility
• Track sales performance in territory and ensure that following targets are achieved
• Volume target for primary and secondary sales.
• Supply Chain Management & Last mile operations
• Taking other miscellaneous tasks which may come up from time to time with a positive learning attitude.
• To coordinate with Forecast & planning, operations, logistics, Quality & Service departments.
• Numeric and weighted distribution targets for WOD
• Manage performance of reporting CSEs
• Evaluate the performance of RDS with respect to allocated secondary sales targets
• Ensure proper implementation of AGP program
Customer Management
• Build and manage partner/vendor relationships and gauge new opportunities.
• Responsible for managing customer escalations, customer problems, account conflicts and participate in important negotiations with key customers.
People Management & Development
• Responsible for overall Performance management, Productivity of SOs and their development.
• Responsible for RMD manpower training, development, productivity
