Develop a strategic plan to advance the BU’s revenue, profitability, and growth; and implement the strategies effectively
Manage revenue, PBT, operating cost as a percentage of revenue, cost per unit of production and rejection & rectification as per budget
Manage the debtors and develop channel partners as per the company policies
Manage SBU operations to insure production efficiency, quality, service, and cost-effective management of resources
Establish and maintain excellent customer relationships
Develop a strong team and motivates employees for productivity and performance
Work very closely with R & D and Plants to ensure that new product/existing products.

Desired Profile:
Having minimum 15yrs of experience in Regional Manager position handling Industrial Lubricant Sales.
