Require Center Head for a Preschool

Responsibilities:

Oversee the centre's daily operations, ensuring that all policies and procedures are followed.

Meet with prospective parents, give them a tour of the center, answer any questions, and help them take admissions.

Work closely with the admissions team and center founders to ensure that enrollment goals are met

Manage a team of educators, providing support, guidance, and feedback as needed.

Implement our lesson plans designed as per Highscope curriculum

Build strong relationships with parents and caregivers, and communicate regularly about their child's progress.

Conduct regular staff meetings and training sessions

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records at the portal.

Ensure that the center is always clean, safe, and well-maintained.
