We are looking for a skilled CCTV Technician to join our team in Ghaziabad. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of CCTV systems and a passion for ensuring safety and security through technology.

Key Responsibilities:

- Installation of CCTV Systems: Set up, install, and configure CCTV cameras and equipment as per specified requirements, ensuring all components work correctly and efficiently.

- Troubleshooting: Identify and fix issues with existing CCTV systems, including camera malfunctions or connectivity problems, to ensure uninterrupted surveillance.

- Maintenance: Perform regular checks and maintenance on CCTV equipment to uphold their functionality and performance over time.

- Customer Interaction: Communicate with clients to understand their security needs, provide solutions, and offer technical support regarding system usage.

- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and maintenance work done on each system, ensuring all information is readily available for reference.

Required Skills and Expectations:

- A minimum of 2 years of experience in installing and maintaining CCTV systems is preferred.

- Strong technical knowledge of various CCTV systems, components, and software used in the security industry.

- Excellent problem-solving skills to quickly diagnose and repair issues.

- Good communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.

- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
