We are seeking an experienced Catering Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our catering company. As a Catering Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring food is prepared and delivered on time, maintaining inventory, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen and service staff

Plan and coordinate menus in collaboration with clients

Manage inventory and order supplies as needed

Ensure all food is prepared and delivered on time and meets quality standards

Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment

Provide excellent customer service and address any concerns or issues promptly

Train new staff and provide ongoing training for existing staff

Develop and maintain relationships with clients and vendors
