Cashier requirements:

Experience of 1 year

Minimum qualification of High School

Needs to be fluent in: Bengali, Hindi and English

Needs to know MARG ERP thoroughly- Billing, inventory management, vouchers, suppliers creditors

Needs to have knowledge of operating MS Excel

Needs to be technologically savvy

Excellent customer interaction skills (Fast, polite, helpful etc)

Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies

Excellent negotiating skills.

Needs to be ready to run business errands all over Kolkata, such as meeting and negotiating with suppliers and purchasing products for the business.

Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers

Should have an idea in digital marketing

Working Conditions:

6 days a week, rotational 1 day off.

Working hours 8 . to 10 , lunch break +1 hour, additional break +1 hour (Total 2 hours)

Salary:

lakhs per annum + perks and benefits.
