- responsible for overseeing the loading, unloading, and storing of cargo in a safe and efficient manner. this includes coordinating with the warehouse team to ensure timely and accurate handling of shipments.

- supervise a team of cargo handlers to ensure all operational activities are carried out according to company policies and procedures. monitor performance, provide feedback, and address any issues that may arise.

- ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards in the handling and transportation of cargo. conduct regular safety inspections and implement corrective actions as needed.

- coordinate with airlines, shipping companies, and other transportation providers to schedule deliveries and pickups. maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure smooth operations.

- track and monitor inventory levels, update shipment records, and prepare reports on cargo activities. oversee the organization and labeling of cargo in the warehouse to facilitate easy retrieval.
