Cargo Manager || Freshers & Experienced

We are seeking a Cargo Manager to oversee and manage cargo operations at our Dimapur facility. This entry-level position is perfect for candidates who have recently completed their 12th grade and are eager to start a career in logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Managing Cargo Operations:** Oversee the loading, unloading, and transportation of cargo. Ensure that all operations are conducted safely and efficiently.

- **Coordination with Team Members:** Work alongside warehouse staff and truck drivers to ensure smooth logistics processes. Effective communication is crucial to meet deadlines and manage schedules.

- **Documentation and Record Keeping:** Maintain accurate records of cargo movement and inventory. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and report any discrepancies.

- **Customer Service:** Address any customer inquiries or issues related to cargo delivery. Provide timely updates to clients about their shipments.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should be detail-oriented individuals with strong organizational skills. The ideal candidate will possess good communication skills to interact effectively with team members and clients.
