Key Responsibilities:

- Cargo Handling: Assist in loading and unloading cargo from vehicles and storage areas, ensuring that items are handled carefully to prevent damage.

- Inventory Management: Help maintain accurate records of cargo items, including tracking incoming and outgoing shipments, which helps keep the inventory organized.

- Documentation: Support with preparing and verifying shipping documents, such as bills of lading and delivery notes, ensuring they are accurate and complete.

- Customer Service: Communicate effectively with customers and other team members to address inquiries or concerns about cargo status, ensuring a high level of service.

- Safety Compliance: Follow safety guidelines while handling cargo and equipment, contributing to a safe work environment for yourself and others.
