Job Description:
· Build contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities
· Explain the customers about the properties.
· Develop Trueman as a brand by ensuring service standards in line with company policies.
· Build a good working relationship with Clients.
· Maintain and Develop relationships with partners in person and via telephone calls and emails.
· Follow up with potential customers to prospect for new business.
· Calling/Meeting clients for doing need analysis
· Facilitate negotiation between buyer & seller.
· Understand the core values of the company and its goals.
· Developing strategies and visualizing the set targets till accomplishment.
· Possibly dealing with some major customer accounts.
· Track, collate and interpret sales figures and reporting.
· Markets go-getter and trend setter.
· Strong sales acumen with good sense and adaptation to organization culture.
