We are looking for Call Quality Analyst for call center process,
Job role will be to listen to the calls of the agents and implement training and guide the agents.
Person will be responsible for following pre designed call pattern & should score agents on the same.
He/She will also be responsible in guiding agents to follow proper call scripts & monitor the same.
