Job Title: Night Shift Call Center Executive

Location: Airoli

Shift Timing: 8-hour night shift (Start time will be assigned by HR between 5:30 PM and 7:00 PM)

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on interview performance, English communication skills, and positive attitude)

Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our night shift team as Call Center Executives. In this role, you will handle customer interactions over the phone, ensuring a high level of service and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage inbound and/or outbound customer calls

Provide accurate information and assistance

Maintain a positive and helpful tone with customers

Follow call scripts and internal procedures

Contribute to a team-focused environment

Requirements:

Strong spoken English communication skills

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Availability for night shift work

Prior experience in a call center is a plus but not required
