Cafe Lead (Manager) & ICO (Shift Incharge)- Exp : 2 + years Experience in the QSR as a Shift in charge, Cafe Incharge, CafeManager, Store Manager and any F&B Experience.- Qualification : Minimum 12th or Diploma 1. Inventory Management2. Team Roster update3. Team handling4. System knowledge5. Store Operation6. Basic Knowledge P&L7. Strong Command8. Aware of Food Processing, Food Handling & Food Safety.9. Knowledge of KPI.____________________________________________________________Cafe Partner :- Age : 18 to 30- Qualification : 10- Skills : English (Speak & Read)- Salary : Inhand 16k for first 4 months then 1,000 increment then after 10 months 2,000 increment based on Online Assessment.- Other Benefits : EPF, ESI + monthly Incentive.- Work : Food Preparing and Packing, Store Maintenance- Shift timing : Weekly Rotation shift / No Permanent Shift.For Male Candidates : 7am - 4pm, 10am -7pm, 1pm - 10pm, 4pm- 2pm, 10pm - 7amFor Female Candidates : Day Shift between 7am to till 8pm.
