Key Responsibilities:

- Safety Checks: Conduct pre-flight safety checks to ensure that emergency equipment and safety measures are in place and functioning properly.

- In-Flight Service: Serve meals, snacks, and beverages during the flight while maintaining a friendly and professional attitude to enhance customer satisfaction.

- Emergency Response: Be prepared to respond to any emergencies on board, following established protocols to ensure the safety of all passengers.

- Communication: Maintain clear communication with the flight crew and address any passenger concerns promptly to ensure a smooth flight experience.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should have completed at least 10th grade and may have 0 to 2 years of experience in a customer service role. Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset are essential for success in this role. Cabin crew members should be attentive, adaptable, and able to remain calm under pressure. A positive attitude and the ability to work effectively in a team environment are also important for delivering high-quality service onboard.
