Hiring Freshers || Cabin Crew

Key Responsibilities:

- Safety and Emergency Procedures: Ensure that all safety protocols are followed during flights, including conducting safety checks and briefing passengers on emergency procedures.

- Passenger Assistance: Provide assistance to passengers boarding and disembarking from the aircraft, helping them with luggage and ensuring a smooth boarding process.

- Customer Service: Deliver high-quality service to enhance the passenger experience by attending to their needs, answering questions, and addressing any concerns during the flight.

- Cabin Preparation: Set up the cabin before the flight, including arranging seating and ensuring all in-flight materials are available and in order.

- Collaboration with Team: Work closely with fellow cabin crew members and pilots to ensure effective communication and a harmonious working environment on each flight.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates must have completed at least their 10th grade education. While experience in a similar role is preferred, it is not required; we welcome those with 0 to 2 years of experience. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with a friendly and approachable demeanor. Candidates should be comfortable working in a team and possess a strong commitment to customer service. A positive attitude and the ability to handle challenging situations are also important for this position.
