• Emergency Response: Act as first responders for medical crises, fires, or evacuations.

• Passenger Care: Greet travelers, assist with seating and luggage, and provide food, beverage, and duty-free services.

• Special Assistance: Help elderly passengers, unaccompanied minors, and individuals with disabilities.

• Post-Flight Duties: Complete flight reports, check for lost items, and debrief with the flight deck and ground crew
