Hiring For 10th Pass Freshers - Cabin Crew

As a Cabin Crew member, you will play a vital role in ensuring the comfort and safety of passengers during flights. Your responsibilities include:

- Safety Demonstrations: You will perform safety demonstrations before takeoff, showing passengers how to use seatbelts, oxygen masks, and emergency exits, ensuring they are informed and secure.

- In-flight Service: You will serve meals and beverages to passengers, catering to their needs and preferences to provide excellent service throughout the flight.

- Passenger Assistance: You will assist passengers with boarding and disembarking, helping them find their seats and storing their luggage, to ensure a smooth and pleasant travel experience.

- Emergency Response: In case of any emergency, you will follow safety protocols and procedures to keep passengers calm and safe, effectively handling any situations that arise.

- Customer Interaction: You will interact positively with passengers, addressing their concerns and requests, to ensure a friendly and welcoming atmosphere on board.

To succeed in this role, you should possess good communication skills to interact well with passengers and your team. A friendly and approachable attitude is essential to create a welcoming environment. You should be able to work under pressure, as your role may involve managing stressful situations. Physical fitness is important as the job requires standing for long periods. Flexibility with work hours is also necessary due to the nature of flight schedules. A minimum education level of 10th pass is required.
