Hiring For 10th Pass Freshers - Cabin Crew

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Cabin Crew. This role involves ensuring a safe and pleasant journey for our passengers. You will be part of a dedicated team that provides excellent customer service, maintaining our high standards throughout each flight.

Key Responsibilities:

- Passenger Safety: You will assist in safety demonstrations and ensure that all safety procedures are followed. Your primary duty is to keep passengers safe during the flight.

- Customer Service: You will greet passengers and assist them with their needs, including helping with boarding, providing information about the flight, and addressing any concerns to ensure a comfortable journey.

- Food and Beverage Service: You will serve refreshments and meals to passengers, taking care of their preferences and dietary restrictions to enhance their flying experience.

- Emergency Situations: You will be trained to handle emergencies and must remain calm and helpful, guiding passengers through any required procedures.

- Cabin Cleanliness: You will help maintain a clean and organized cabin environment, ensuring that everything is in order for the comfort of the passengers.

Required Skills and Expectations:

- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with passengers and team members.

- A friendly and positive attitude, with a focus on teamwork and customer satisfaction.

- Ability to remain calm under pressure, especially in challenging situations.

- Willingness to learn and adapt quickly to new protocols and procedures.

- A minimum of a 10th-grade education, with some experience in customer service being a plus although not required.

We welcome candidates with 0 to 1 year of experience, as training will be provided for the role.
