Key Responsibilities:

- Passenger Assistance: Greet and assist passengers as they board and exit the aircraft, ensuring they are comfortable and aware of safety procedures.

- Safety Procedure Enforcement: Conduct safety demonstrations, explaining emergency exits and equipment to ensure passenger understanding and compliance.

- In-flight Service: Serve meals, beverages, and entertainment options to enhance the overall travel experience for passengers during the flight.

- Problem Solving: Address any issues or concerns that passengers may have during the flight, providing solutions and ensuring a pleasant journey.

- Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow cabin crew members and pilots to maintain effective communication and smooth operations throughout the flight.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should be high school graduates (10th pass) with a positive attitude and a passion for customer service. Strong communication skills are essential to interact with diverse passengers. You should be a team player, capable of remaining calm under pressure and making quick decisions when necessary.
