We are looking for enthusiastic Cabin Crew members to join our team in Pune. As a Cabin Crew member, you will play a vital role in ensuring passengers have a comfortable and safe experience during their journey.

Key Responsibilities:

- Safety Demonstrations: Conduct safety briefings and demonstrations to passengers before take-off, ensuring they are aware of emergency procedures and equipment.

- Customer Service: Assist passengers with seating, luggage, and any requests during the flight, maintaining a friendly and helpful attitude.

- Meal and Beverage Service: Serve meals and beverages to passengers, providing an enjoyable dining experience while ensuring dietary requirements are met.

- Emergency Management: Be prepared to handle emergencies and provide first aid when necessary, following established protocols to maintain passenger safety.

- Cleaning and Maintenance: Ensure the aircraft cabin is clean and well-maintained before and after flights, contributing to a pleasant environment for passengers.

Required Skills and Expectations:

- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with passengers and team members, promoting a welcoming atmosphere.

- A positive attitude and a customer-oriented approach to handle various passenger situations with empathy.

- Ability to work well under pressure, especially in busy or emergency scenarios, showcasing reliability and quick thinking.
